Hm… looks like a lot of screen time for the 4th TYeung. Hope I would be able to watch the whole 40 episodes knowing that many don’t have Idy’s in them… and with a lot of the 4th. Argh….

I heard that Tavia Yeung had more scenes than others. I only focus on Idy scenes. For me, Idy Chan is the best and leading actress in this drama.

Even though I did not watch yet, but what the heck was going wrong there with the 4th wife?

well Tavia is TVB’s daughter so it makes sense. I’ve grown so tired of seeing Tavia all the time, in every freaking series, and even this one I have to endure her. I’m sure Idy won’t have as many scenes as her but it is what it is.

I just finished watching episode 1 and 2, almost every member of the Chung family introduced nicely along with other characters.

I think Kennath Ma is being to nice to Rebecca because she only care about Ron ng when he come back. Kennath Ma didn;t said anything to her. He just put in his heart.

Ron seems to play the same type of character all these years, but his role is the most interesting one among these 3. At least, he’s more believable for being dumb in the drama, yet still letting the viewers know that he’s just pretending. While I like Kenneth, but his character is the most boring one, come on dude, show more emotions instead of just smiling or as if he’s shy. And I’m so tired of watching the same expression on miss Rebecca’s. Skip Skips Skipped Skipping is recommended when watching SSSS.

here are what i think why the low ratings:
-TVB sold syndication rights to other TV stations and the drama is streamed via the web, so many viewers don’t watch during the original broadcast via traditional TV sets anymore. They watch at their own time on the web or DVR playback on their computers. And these statistics don’t often counted in the ratings.
-Too much spoilers exposed before and during the drama aired.
-HK population is young and snob, who think that actors have to be young [everyone should be under 20 or maybe 25], good-looking, fit [everyone must be under 100 lbs.] Many are just plain shallow who target the actors themselves not their roles [Ben Wong received hate messages on his weibo blog because of his evil role on the other drama, a lot of negative messages on Idy and even Damian for being at their ages].
-For the older viewers, they protested that there’s too many “sex” scenes in the earlier eps, yet complained when one entire “intimate” scene between Elena’s and Damian’s characters got cut
-Overall the storyline is jumping all over the place, focus too much on certain characters, while spare others too little [screen] time on their characters’ development.
-The dialogues are often repetitive, and quite many needless flashback scenes
