陳玉蓮接受馬浚偉邀請，為節目《大廚出馬》擔任嘉賓。蓮妹近年全心投入義工工作，她表示：「四川地震後，我和朋友飛到災區，看到當地情況，有了很大的觸動。我覺得我們要能做到幫助貧者災民解困，才更有意義。」原來她出席《大廚出馬》前，才剛從貴州做義工返港，下月又計劃到青海地震災區做義工。

A few years ago, he met Idy through a friend. When he saw her, he couldn’t breathe, his heart beat increased and he almost fainted.
