“Backpack Around The World” by RTHK CIBS started today with 13-episode for this new season. Themed with backpacking experiences, the programme introduces different forms of backpacking, such as working holidays, World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF), Help Exchange (HELPX), and Work For Accommodation, etc. It will bring audiences to an all-round and borderless exploration trip to the world. Idy Chan is one of the guests and encourages young people to participate in “volunteer tourism”.

陳玉蓮為善最樂：上車做司機落車做咕喱
01月31日(六) 16:03【on.cc東網專訊】藝人陳玉蓮以復康大使身份出席《復康力量在「職」達人頒獎禮》。被朋友封為「現代文盲」的蓮妹，原來已經「文盲」不再，更安裝了社交App微信方便與人通信：「我依家好多時間都喺內地做慈善，人哋好多時都要Send啲相畀我，費事要下下Check Email，用微信就方便啲，不過只係裝咗微信，同埋自己手機冇流量，要有Wifi先收到。」
近年忙於慈善工作的蓮妹透露，要經常穿州過省到山區探訪，享受助人的樂趣：「我同朋友六年嚟自己揸車去唔同山區，主動去搵自己想做嘅事，同自己本身被動嘅性格相反。過程都辛苦，我都話自己係上車做司機，落車做咕喱，要自己搬物資，但係好開心！」
放聲氣再拍劇
蓮妹近年甚少在幕前露面，但放風想拍劇：「大家都以為我全職做慈善，其實我成日放聲氣話有劇本可以搵我，只要係啱我Standard（標準），無論內地定香港，我都歡迎。」
